Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MidFund ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

MidFund is a directory and information platform that provides access to information about funding resources, including venture capital firms, angel investors, accelerators, incubators, venture studios, and government programs across the Midwest United States.

Saved Resources and Recommendations

The Service allows you to save funding resources and receive personalized recommendations based on your company profile. These features are provided for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of funding availability.

AI Chat Feature

Our AI-powered chat assistant is provided for informational purposes only. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or complete. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

Disclaimer of Warranties
