Spartan Angel Network is a group of individual investors, often MSU alumni and friends, who provide early-stage funding, mentorship, and strategic guidance to MSU-affiliated startup companies. Members must be part of the Spartan Founders Club and accredited investors.
Red Cedar Ventures
Red Cedar Ventures is formed and supported by the MSU Research Foundation, supporting early-stage entrepreneurs throughout Michigan. They manage four funds including the Pre-Seed Fund, Opportunity Funds, and Michigan Rise Pre-Seed Fund III, providing capital, mentorship, and board participation.
