Illinois Small Business Development Centers provide no-cost, confidential business guidance, training, and resources for startups and existing for-profit small businesses throughout Illinois. Services include ideation and business planning, startup support, business financials and funding assistance, operations and management, marketing and sales, technology implementation, and growth strategies. Funded through partnerships with the U.S. Small Business Administration and Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity.
